This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you and João Baltieri (Artist) 

If you proceed to download any products, you hereby signify that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below. The products are only licensed to you; they are not sold to you.

The products contained herein are owned by João Baltieri.

The products may be used Royalty Free: 

​

1. For personal or commercial use. 

2. For advertising or promotional use. 

3. For website or in any electronic devices. 

4. In broadcast, multimedia, video games or animation.

5. The products may be modified for individual style and appearance. 

 

You are not permitted to:

Market, distribute, give, transfer, sell or sublicense the products in any form with the exception of a compiled application such as a video game.

You may not use the 3D asset in a way that allows others to use or access the 3D asset as a stand-alone file (for instance, no sub-license or sale by you to others is allowed). For similar reasons, you may not distribute the 3D asset incorporated in a derivative work if the derivative work is too similar to the 3D asset (for instance, you may not print a 3D asset or a slightly modified version of it and sell it).

You may not use the 3D asset in a way that violates anyone’s intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents, or rights of publicity), nor may you make a pornographic, defamatory or otherwise unlawful use. Similarly, you may not use the 3D asset for the direct or indirect promotion of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, gambling, weapons or explosives.

And you may not claim you are the creator or copyright holder of a 3D asset you purchased.

NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) :

You are also not permitted to use/sell the products as NFTs using the license you bought in this store. Contact us for more information if you are using them as NFTs.

João Baltieri grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to use the products. This license is valid only with respect to the products and only if you have paid the applicable fee. All rights are reserved and will be revoked if you do not follow these terms of use. 

 

License types:

The price listed in the store is for single license. For multi entity license and others, please contact for more information. 

​

• Single Entity - It can be shared with any employee within that company or business. This option is typically for a single user or single company.

• Multi Entity - This covers parent, child, and sister companies, as well as contractors on a project. Multiple people across different branches of a company can use and access the raw asset files.

• Others - Contact us for more information if you would like to purchase license for NFTs projects, toys etc. 

Example: John works for Unity as a digital artist and wants to use a 3D model she's found on the Unity Asset Store in her project. Since Jessi is working on this project with her direct team which consists of 10 people, all working at Unity, she only needs to purchase a Single Entity license type.

Later, John receives a message from James, a software engineer at Tech Dev, (a Unity-owned company, but a separate entity) asking for a seat to use the asset she purchased. In order for John to share the asset with James, she needs to purchase a Multi Entity license instead.

Can I use assets from www.joaobaltieri.com to train Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models, using my personal computer or a 3rd party system?

All content sold or distributed on www.joaobaltieri.com cannot be used to train AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) models on your personal computer system or through an upload to a 3rd party system, such as Stable Diffusion or Midjourney for example.
